2nd ABC Poem

Apple. And the fruit contained
within its
bite, in the ravenous mouth never
ceases to be sweet.
Dread lost in the aftertaste
erosion in the
forests already
gorging the local
Heaven,
Igniting
jealousy that refused to
keel over, dimming the
light on a formerly
most perfect world.
Never to be seen again.
Over the desert filled
plains.
Quiet whispers run
rampant in his brother’s
sullen mind.
Time standing still
under the stars.
Violence emerging  in the
walk to the field.
“X” marking the spot of urges to hands that
yelling internal voices
zap into fratricide.
