We are excited to invite contributions for our upcoming issue on "Digital Artivism: Unveiling the Power of Creativity for Social Change" in The Paradox Cult Crit Zine. As we explore the intersection of art and activism in the digital age, we welcome diverse perspectives that shed light on the transformative potential of creative expression.

Review and Publication:
First, all submissions will undergo a thorough review process by our editorial team. If your abstract is chosen, your concept and, later, your findings will also be discussed in two separate online meetings next year (date and time will be shared as soon as possible), as part of a workshop. You will then be asked to peer-review two finished texts, which are ready for publication, and give your honest opinion in the form of an anonymous written review which the editorial team as well as the author will read.
Authors will be notified about the acceptance of their abstracts and full papers. Selected papers will be included in our upcoming issue dedicated to "Digital Artivism."We look forward to receiving your contributions and exploring the powerful connections between digital art and activism. - Full Paper Submission: August 1, 2024
General Guidelines:
- Abstract Submission: Authors are requested to submit an abstract of their proposed paper by May 15, 2024. The abstract should provide a concise overview of the intended topic, approach, and key points to be explored in the paper.
- Full Paper Submission: Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors will be invited to submit the first draft of the full paper by August 1, 2024. The paper should delve into the chosen topic of digital artivism, offering in-depth analysis and insights.
- Length of Articles: Submissions should not exceed 5 pages, including references, images, and any supplementary material. Concise, focused contributions are encouraged.
- Formatting: Please format your submission according to MLA guidelines.
- Originality: Submissions must be original work that has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.
- Images and Multimedia: Authors are encouraged to include relevant images, illustrations, and multimedia elements that support and enhance their analysis.
- Authors are requested to send their abstracts to THE EDITORIAL TEAM by the deadline of May 15, 2024. Please include "Digital Artivism Abstract Submission" in the subject line.
- Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors will receive further instructions for submitting the full paper.
- The full paper should be sent to us by the deadline of August 1, 2024. Please include "Digital Artivism Full Paper Submission" in the subject line.
